Big Ugly Truck is a direct truck and trailer buying service operating nationwide. We purchase commercial trucks, trailers, and related equipment from private sellers, fleet operators, and businesses throughout the United States. Our Site provides information about our service and allows potential sellers to submit quote requests.

Submitting a quote request through our Site does not constitute a sale, an agreement to purchase, or a binding offer of any kind. All purchases are subject to a separate written agreement between Big Ugly Truck and the seller at the time of transaction.

Quote Requests & Offers

When you submit a quote request through our Site, you are requesting that we contact you to discuss a potential purchase. By submitting a request, you represent that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or equipment described, or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• The information you provide about the vehicle is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You consent to being contacted by phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry

Any offer we extend is based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final purchase price is subject to physical inspection of the vehicle and verification of title and condition. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw any offer based on inspection findings.

Title & Ownership

All vehicles and equipment sold to Big Ugly Truck must have a clear, transferable title in the seller’s name or the name of the authorizing entity. We do not purchase vehicles with salvage titles, rebuilt titles, bonded titles, or title issues without prior written agreement. It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the title is clear and free of liens before completing a transaction. Big Ugly Truck is not responsible for delays, losses, or expenses arising from title problems discovered after a transaction is initiated.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our Site accurate and up to date, including details about the types of vehicles we purchase, geographic coverage, and our buying process.
