Sell your semi truck for cash in National City the easy and convenient way

The Bureau of Transportation Statistics places the Port of San Diego’s National City Marine Terminal, a roll-on/roll-off berth, 1.3 miles west of town. If your tractor or car hauler shuttles vehicles off that terminal, it may well be parked inside a gated port lot when we come for it, so tell us whose lot it is and who can let us through.

Honda Terminal Yard, a rail yard 1.4 miles to the south-west on the North American Rail Network kept by the Federal Railroad Administration and the Bureau of Transportation Statistics, sits almost next to the marine terminal. A truck that moves between the ramp and the rail tracks can be collected from either one; send the street address and a photo of the cab door with the VIN plate.

Further up the bay, the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal lies 3.8 miles north-west by the Bureau of Transportation Statistics’ measure, and the 22nd Street Yard on the North American Rail Network is 4 miles out in the same direction. Sellers whose rigs are kept closer to downtown San Diego than to National City do not need to bring them south; give us the yard’s name and we plan the pickup there.

According to the Bureau of Transportation Statistics, a military installation lies 1 mile west of the city and Naval Base San Diego is 1.6 miles west. A truck that delivers onto a base usually can not be collected from behind the gate, so move it to a public street or your own yard before the pickup and tell us where it will be.

If the truck carried base passes, decals or contractor paperwork, remove the passes and keep the rest with the title. Bring the California registration card and any service records you hold, and we work through the sale from those documents.

Two petroleum product terminals listed by the Energy Information Administration, San Diego Terminal and a second facility named San Diego, sit 3.1 and 3.2 miles north-west of National City.
