County Line Mine, three and a third miles out
The Mine Safety and Health Administration lists County Line Mine, an industrial-mineral operation, 3.3 miles east of Heritage Pines. A truck that hauls from a pit that close to home may be parked at the mine gate, on a job site, or in a driveway in town when you call, so tell us which of those it is.
If your truck worked County Line Mine, note the body it carries - dump, end dump, flatbed - and send photos of the bed, the cab interior and the VIN plate. We compare those three pictures with the title before anyone heads out to Pasco County.
Spring Hill, Brooksville and the road north-east
Georgia Stone Spring Hill Quarry, a crushed-stone pit, lies 8.6 miles east of town according to the Mine Safety and Health Administration. Further out on the same side, the Mine Safety and Health Administration places Brooksville Quarry 15.4 miles north-east and the Brooksville South Cement Plant at 16.3 miles in the same direction.
Aggregate haulers, belly dumps and cement mixers are the kinds of trucks that shuttle between quarries and a cement plant. If yours runs that corridor, say whether it is kept at a Brooksville yard or back in Heritage Pines; we collect from wherever it is parked, and knowing the spot lets us plan the pickup.
Have the registration and any service records from quarry work together with the title. Keep any site gate logs or plant passes in the same folder, as they record where the truck has been working.
For Heritage Pines the nearest listed office, per that department, is the Pasco County motor vehicle service center - New Port Richey, 11.5 miles away.
That service center is in the West Pasco Government Building, 8731 Citizens Drive, Room #110, New Port Richey, 34654. If the title on your truck has gone missing, a duplicate is applied for there, and starting that early keeps the sale moving once you are ready.
When you contact us, say whether the title is in hand, whether a lender is still listed on it, and whose name it is in. If a lender is still listed, have the lien release from that lender in the folder with the title.
Cattle, horses and nursery stock around the town
Around Heritage Pines, USDA’s 2022 Census of Agriculture counts 1,190 farms across Pasco County, with cattle, equine and potted flowering plants at the top of the list. Cattle haulers, trucks that pull horse trailers and box trucks carrying potted plants all belong to that farm traffic.
A farm truck can be sold off the property it works on. Tell us the gate it sits behind, whether a trailer is coupled to it, and whether the registration is current; if it carries farm tags, mention that too so the paperwork lines up with the title.
Start with the VIN, the make and model, the odometer reading and four or five photos taken in daylight. From a town ringed by a mine 3.3 miles off and a cement plant at 16.3 miles, as the Mine Safety and Health Administration places them, also say what the truck hauled.
Then tell us the street address where the truck sits now, in Heritage Pines or on a site east toward Brooksville. Once the title question is settled at the New Port Richey service center, nothing else stands between you and the pickup.
