Quarries and a mine north-east of Jasmine Estates
The Mine Safety and Health Administration lists County Line Mine, an industrial-mineral mine, 12 miles north-east of Jasmine Estates, and Georgia Stone Spring Hill Quarry, a crushed-stone operation, 13.7 miles out in the same direction. Dump trucks and end-dump tractors that have hauled out of pits like these are trucks we purchase. If yours still sits at a pit yard, tell us which one and who can let a driver through the gate.
Farther east, at 24.8 miles on the Mine Safety and Health Administration’s register, is Central State Aggregates LLC, another crushed-stone quarry. A truck kept near that site can stay there; we collect it where it is parked. Before we set the pickup, send the VIN, a clear photo of the title, and shots of the cab, frame and tires.
Aggregate haulers often carry scale tickets, site passes and service logs in the cab. Pull those out before collection and keep them with the title; with them in hand, we can see what the truck carried and where it worked around Spring Hill and the county line.
Job sites and wholesale accounts around Jasmine Estates
Of the 3,302 jobs the Census Bureau’s LEHD job counts (LODES) place in Jasmine Estates for 2023, 150 are in construction, a 4.5 percent slice. Dump bodies, stake beds and box trucks used on job sites around Pasco County are all trucks we purchase. Contractors selling a single truck from a lot or a driveway can start with the registration and the title in hand.
Wholesale trade, by the Census Bureau’s LODES figures for 2023, holds 179 local jobs, or 5.4 percent of the total. Box trucks, reefers and short-haul tractors that serve wholesale accounts belong on the list of what we buy. If the truck carries a liftgate or a reefer unit, photograph the plate and the unit’s hour meter so the description matches the truck.
A business selling more than one unit can send the whole list at once. Give us each VIN, the name on each title and where each truck is parked, and we will plan the collections around your schedule rather than asking you to move anything.
Ranch and nursery
Cattle, horses and nursery plants across Pasco County
USDA’s 2022 Census of Agriculture counts 1,190 farms in Pasco County, with cattle, equine and potted flowering plants as the leading lines. Ranches here use livestock trailers, gooseneck haulers and straight trucks with stock bodies, and we purchase those trucks from farm owners as well as from fleets.
A truck on a ranch is often parked behind a gate or out in a pasture. Tell us how a tow rig or driver reaches it, whether the ground is firm, and who will be there to hand over the keys. For nursery operations moving potted plants, refrigerated and dry box trucks are both welcome; note the body length and any shelving or racks fitted inside.
What to have ready before we come out
Start with the Florida title in the name of the person or business selling the truck, plus the current registration. If a lender still holds a lien, give us the lender’s name and the payoff contact so the release can be arranged with them.
If the title has gone missing, a replacement comes from the state’s title agency, and the request can be started before we collect. Tell us at first contact that the title is lost, and we will tell you which papers to bring once the duplicate arrives.
Photos matter more than any description. Send the four sides, the cab interior, the dash with the odometer showing, the VIN plate and the door sticker, all taken in daylight where the truck currently sits in Jasmine Estates.
