Two rail yards up the line
Tractors at Reeds, then Middletown beyond it
Just 5.9 miles up the road from Four Bridges, Reeds is a rail yard mapped by the Federal Railroad Administration and the Bureau of Transportation Statistics in their North American Rail Network. A tractor that shuttles freight to and from that yard often ends its shift parked close by, so give us the lot address and a name for whoever holds the gate key.
Further out, the North American Rail Network shows the Middletown yard 7.7 miles to the north-west. If your truck splits its work between Reeds and Middletown, tell us the address where it is kept. We collect it at that spot, with no need to bring it back into Four Bridges.
Sharonville container work
The Sharonville ramp to the south-west
Cincinnati’s Sharonville intermodal ramp lies 8.6 miles south-west of town, according to the Bureau of Transportation Statistics. Day cabs that move boxes off that ramp into Butler County fit what we purchase, so send the VIN and a current odometer photo with your first message.
Container work leaves a paper trail of its own. Gather the title, the current registration and any service records from the shop that maintains the tractor, then send pictures of the cab, the frame and the fifth wheel so we see the same truck you describe.
Petroleum loads nearby
Tankers serving Todhunter Terminal and the Lebanon truck rack
Todhunter Terminal, a petroleum product terminal on the Energy Information Administration’s list, stands 5.9 miles north-west of Four Bridges. Tank tractors loading there tend to carry inspection reports and site paperwork; keep those with the truck and send copies along with the photos.
To the north-east, the Energy Information Administration records the Lebanon RP Truck Terminal 9.8 miles away. If your rig pulled fuel loads from Lebanon and now sits idle, tell us which terminal it served and where it is parked, and we will arrange pickup at that spot.
The Bureau of Transportation Statistics also lists a liquid bulk terminal 16.6 miles south of town. Tankers working that far down still sit within reach for us, so share the address with your first message.
Pits beyond the township
Dump trucks from L & I and Oeder & Sons
Two sand and gravel operations on Mine Safety and Health Administration records sit east of Four Bridges: L & I Pit & Mill at 6.2 miles and Oeder & Sons Sand & Gravel at 6.8 miles. Dump trucks and tri-axles that haul aggregate out of those pits are part of what we buy.
A truck parked at a pit may be behind a locked gate on weekends. Let us know who can open it and whether a loaded bed needs emptying beforehand, and send a photo of the body along with the title so we know which unit you mean.
Fields around Four Bridges
Farm trucks hauling Butler County corn, soybeans and hogs
USDA’s 2022 Census of Agriculture counts 888 farms in Butler County, with corn, soybeans and hogs listed at the top. Grain trucks, livestock haulers and the straight trucks that run between fields and elevators all qualify for a sale to us.
Farm trucks are often titled to a family member or the farm itself rather than to the driver. Check whose name appears on the title before you contact us, and if it has gone missing, the state’s title agency issues the replacement.
Smaller trucks behind Four Bridges employers
Four Bridges held 1,161 jobs in 2023, a figure from the Census Bureau’s LEHD job counts. Box trucks, service bodies and delivery units that support that local employment are welcome too, not only the heavy tractors.
Whatever the truck does here, the steps stay short: send the VIN, photos of every side and the cab, and the address where it is kept. Have the title and registration in hand when we arrive so the handover is finished in one visit.
