Tank work at the Richmond Blending Terminal
The Energy Information Administration places the Richmond Blending Terminal, a petroleum product terminal, 0.3 miles east of Bensley, with a second terminal called Richmond 1 sitting 1.1 miles to the north-east. A tractor that loads at either rack is one we collect from a yard in Bensley itself, so give us the street address and the name of whoever holds the gate key.
