The repair figure also excludes towing, storage, a temporary replacement and diminished-value compensation — storage and diminished value being two items no other state on file names.

Weight is set at § 46.2-1122 and § 46.2-1127 — 20,000 lb on a single axle, 34,000 lb on a tandem and 80,000 lb gross — and the interstate limits are the same as the highway limits, so there is no inversion here to catch a driver out at the ramp.
